Barcelona Sees Drop in Public Alcohol Consumption Fines, Rise in Courses
In Barcelona, fines for consuming alcohol in public have fallen by 62% in the first four months of the new Civism ordinance, while participation in courses to avoid fines has significantly increased. However, sanctions for littering have risen by 310%.
