Barcelona's PP and Collboni Agree to Stricter Controls on Marijuana Shops
The Popular Party (PP) and Barcelona Mayor Collboni have agreed to reinforce restrictions on new marijuana shops in the Ciutat Vella district. The nightlife employers' association calls for calm, stating the new plan does not open a 'free bar' for discotheques.
