Basque Government Reinstates Semiliberty for Former ETA Member 'Zapata'
The Basque government has once again granted semiliberty to former ETA member 'Zapata' (Juan Ramón Carasatorre), who was convicted for the 1995 murder of PP councilman Gregorio Ordóñez and two others, after re-evaluating the proposal.
