Special Tribunal for Russian Crimes in Ukraine Discussed
Over thirty countries have pledged to join a special tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression in Ukraine. Robert Fremr, Vice-President of the International Criminal Court, explains that the tribunal's function would be to complement the ICC.
