Winterthur Attack Suspect Showed Signs of Psychotic Episode Before Release

Forensic expert Jérôme Endrass stated in an interview that the suspected attacker in Winterthur was severely ill and showed signs of a psychotic episode at the time of his release from psychiatric care, a decision he attributes partly to political will.
