Hungarian Panel Apartment Prices Catch Up to New Builds in Major Cities

In several major Hungarian cities and districts, including Budapest's XI, III, and IX districts, Győr, Veszprém, and Székesfehérvár, the price of panel apartments has reached or exceeded that of cheaper new-build properties. This market phenomenon is not expected to last much longer.
