Baltic States to Receive €12 Billion for Defense from EU SAFE Loans
The Baltic states are set to receive a total of €12 billion in funding through the European Commission's SAFE preferential defense loan facility. Agreements with Latvia and Estonia are pending, following an initial agreement.
