Czech committee recommends not prosecuting PM Babiš and Speaker Okamura

The Mandate and Immunity Committee has recommended that the Czech Parliament not issue Prime Minister Andrej Babiš and Speaker Tomio Okamura for criminal prosecution, as expected.
