Croatian HDZ Committee Makes Unusual Move on Constitutional Judge Elections
During a session of the parliamentary Committee for the Constitution, Rules of Procedure, and Political System, the HDZ majority made an unusual decision regarding the election of constitutional judges. This marks the first time since 2010 that such a move has occurred, as constitutional judges have been elected by a two-thirds majority since then.
