Montenegrin Police Fail to Process Officer's Retirement for Two Years

Montenegro's Ministry of Interior and Police Administration have failed to make a decision on a police officer's retirement request for over two years. The Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms determined that this administrative inaction violated the officer's right to access the court.
