University of Montenegro Senate Proposes Rector by Secret Ballot

The Senate of the University of Montenegro has supported a draft statute that outlines a three-round secret ballot process for proposing a rector, requiring a majority of senators' support, and also limits pro-rectors to two consecutive terms.
