Investigation Launched into Death of Young Military Officer in Lamego, Portugal

An investigation is underway into the death of 23-year-old Infantry Lieutenant João Rafael Paulino dos Santos Cardoso, who died during an activity on the Balsemão river when Portugal was hit by bad weather.
