Parents and Siblings Arrested for Alleged Confinement and Abuse of Teenage Girl in Tokyo
Police in Tokyo have arrested the parents and two adult siblings of a teenage girl with intellectual disabilities, on suspicion of confining her in a locked closet for several days, causing hypothermia, and are investigating signs of daily abuse.
