After 12 years of investigations, the Koper District Court acquitted Bojan Petan, CEO of DZS and Terme Čatež, and three co-defendants of alleged abuse of position in the privatization of Terme Čatež.

Sodišče oprostilo Bojana Petana in sokrivce v zadevi Terme Čatež

Na koprskem okrožnem sodišču so 12 let po prvih preiskavah končali sojenje predsedniku uprave DZS in direktorju Term Čatež Bojanu Petanu in trem soobtoženim domnevne zlorabe položaja pri lastninjenju Term Čatež. Okrožna sodnica Meri Mikac je vsem štirim izrekla oprostilno sodbo, tožilstvo pa je napovedalo pritožbo.
