Bulgarian Municipal Councilor and Election Official Arrested for Vote Buying
A municipal councilor and a member of the Municipal Election Commission (SIK) have been arrested in Razlog, Bulgaria, on suspicion of vote buying. The councilor, identified by initials V. D., was detained in Banya village.
