PSP Agent Sentenced to Suspended Sentence for Homicide with Excessive Force

PSP agent Odair Moniz received a suspended sentence of three and a half years for homicide. The judge ruled that while he did not wield a knife, he used excessive force in self-defense and must pay 90,000 euros to the victim's family.
