Karnataka High Court Rules Storage of Child Pornography an Offence Under POCSO and IT Acts

The Karnataka High Court has issued a warning, stating that the storage of child pornography, even without sharing, constitutes an offense under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology (IT) Act.
