Germany Plans Further Tobacco Tax Hikes to Cover Budget Gaps

Previous plans for tobacco tax increases are now obsolete as the German state intends to collect even more money from nicotine consumers to fill additional budget holes. Only smokers who roll their own might see a slight reprieve.
