BECE Exams Begin Amid Anti-Cheating Efforts and Tragic Incident
Over 620,000 candidates have begun the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), with authorities implementing strict anti-cheating measures that led to five arrests for malpractice. The start of the exams was also marred by the tragic death of a candidate in a motor crash en route to a center.
