Montenegro ministry illegally legalized object for 'Gugi Commerc'

Montenegro's Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property allegedly legalized an object for the company 'Gugi Commerc' through an expedited procedure. This was done despite lacking the legally required consent from the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Property.
