Beeline CEO proposes limiting mobile internet restrictions to subscribers flagged as suspicious

The CEO of Vimpelcom, which operates under the Beeline brand, proposed on Thursday that mobile internet restrictions should apply only to subscribers who are deemed suspicious, rather than to all users. Sergei Anokhin made the suggestion at the Telecom 2026 conference, the Russian business news outlet RBC reported.
