Belgian Government Appoints Frank Fleerackers to Constitutional Court
The Belgian federal government has appointed Frank Fleerackers, a public law professor at KU Leuven, as a judge to the Constitutional Court. He will be the third N-VA-affiliated judge on the six-member court.
