Belgrade Centre for Human Rights: Impunity for Abuse Becoming Rule in Serbia

On the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights stated that Serbia faces the day with seriously undermined guarantees for the protection of citizens' physical and psychological integrity, with impunity for abuse becoming a rule.
