Belgrade Loses Dispute with Arriva Litas, Citizens Face Daily Costs

The Center for Local Self-Government (CLS) announced that the city of Belgrade has lost a dispute with the transport company Arriva Litas. This legal defeat is costing Belgrade citizens approximately 300,000 dinars in daily interest, totaling nearly 10 million dinars monthly.
