Berlin Court Rules ID Checks and Cameras in Public Pools are Legal
A Berlin administrative court has ruled that video cameras and mandatory ID checks at the entrances of some Berlin outdoor swimming pools are permissible and do not violate data protection regulations, measures introduced in 2023 following incidents of violence.
