Iranian Official Araghchi Admits SNSC Role in MOU Decisions, Denies Meeting Khamenei

An Iranian official, Araghchi, has admitted the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) was behind Memorandum of Understanding decisions, while denying ever meeting Khamenei, whose role has been questioned since an attack that killed his predecessor.
