Man Charged After Stabbing Attack on Polish Councilor During Festival
A 46-year-old man has been charged with causing bodily harm after stabbing Andrzej Barna, a councilor from Gorlice county, during the Lemko Culture Festival in Zdynia, Poland. The councilor published a recording after being discharged from the hospital.
