Polish Cosmetics Giant Inglot Acquired by Luxembourg Fund

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has approved the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Polish cosmetics company Inglot by Luxembourg-based Avallon MBO Fund IV. The fund will acquire 51% of Inglot's shares, though the Inglot family will continue to manage the company's day-to-day operations.
