Japan Doubles Police Force to Combat "Tokuryu" Crime Groups
Japan's National Police Agency has doubled its specialized investigation team to 200 officers to crack down on "Tokuryu," anonymous and fluid crime groups involved in various offenses like "dark part-time jobs." The Metropolitan Police Department held an inauguration ceremony for the expanded team.
