BlackRock Pitches TCP Private Credit Assets to Rival Managers

BlackRock Inc. is sounding out buyers for all $671 million of loans held by its TCP Capital Corp. as the firm ramps up efforts to overhaul the troubled private credit fund, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
