Bogdan Święczkowski Responds to ECHR, States Appointees Are Not Judges

In a letter to the European Court of Human Rights, Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski stated that he is not obstructing four individuals elected to the Tribunal in March from taking office, as they "are not judges of the Tribunal."
