Border Guard chief: Belarus knew about tunnels on Latvian border

Both underground tunnels on the Latvia–Belarus border were "undoubtedly" dug with the knowledge of the Belarusian authorities, said Guntis Pujāts, Commander of the State Border Guard, on the Latvian Radio programme “Krustpunktā” on August 27.
