Bosnian Constitutional Court Mandates Local Community Establishment

The Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ruled that local self-government units, including Stolac, are obligated to establish local communities as a form of local self-governance, in accordance with the FBiH Constitution and the Law on Principles of Local Self-Government.
