Bosnian Foreign Minister Konaković Addresses Border Congestion, EU Path

Bosnian Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković stated that little can be done about current border congestion and warned that problems will worsen without faster progress towards EU membership. He spoke after the 110th regular session of the BiH Council of Ministers.
