Bivši ministar prosvete, socijalista Branko Ružić ocenio je u intervjuu za austrijsku agenciju APA da bi naredni izbori mogli da predstavljaju početak nove ere u Srbiji, iako smatra da su fer i pošteni parlamentarni i predsednički izbori u Srbiji malo verovatni i da jedan izborni dan ne može mnogo da promeni imajući u vidu i dalje prisutnu državnu kontrolu nad medijima i javnim institucijama.
