Bratislava Appeals Decision on Slovnaft Incinerator Project

The city of Bratislava has filed an appeal against the Ministry of Environment's decision regarding the environmental impact assessment of the CEZO incinerator project at Slovnaft. The city claims the ministry ignored its comments and demands the proceedings be restarted.
