Brother of Arras Attacker Released Under Electronic Tagging
The 19-year-old younger brother of the assailant in the Arras attack, which killed a teacher in October 2023, has been released under electronic tagging. He denies the accusations against him and remains under judicial supervision with a ban on leaving Lyon.
