Nach dem „Haber-Verfahren“ erhielt der Kulturstaatsminister vom Verfassungsschutz pauschale Auskunft über drei linke Buchhandlungen. Die im Verfahren vorgesehene Nachfrage, was genau gegen die Buchläden vorliegt, stellte Wolfram Weimer nicht.
