Bugallon in Pangasinan under state of calamity

CALASIAO, Pangasinan –  Bugallon town has declared a state of calamity during a special session on Wednesday after over 25,000 residents were affected by continuous heavy rain caused by the southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay.
