Bulgarian Business Union Demands Concession for Sofia's Heating Utility After Record Losses

Following record losses by Sofia's heating utility 'Toplofikatsia', the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB), led by Kiril Domuschiev, has called on the Sofia Municipal Council for an urgent concession.
