Bulgarian Businesses Demand Transparent Licensing for Recycling Companies

Sixteen organizations, including manufacturers, importers, consumers, and the Bulgarian Industrial Association, have sent an open letter to the government demanding urgent dialogue on systemic issues in the licensing of recycling companies.
