Bulgarian Competition Commission Uncovers Cartel in Construction Equipment Supply

Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition has accused three companies—"O-Rent" EOOD, "Inzhkonsult" EOOD, and "Zemekop" EOOD—of forming a cartel during public procurement tenders for the supply of construction equipment.
