Bulgarian PM Raev States No Capacity to Support Ukraine
Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Raev stated during a Council of Ministers meeting that Bulgaria would support Ukraine 'according to its capabilities,' but then added, 'there are no such capabilities.'
