Bullying Case Against Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun Concludes

A bullying case brought by the United Services Union against Liverpool mayor Ned Mannoun, alleging he called council staff "bullies" in a Facebook video, has concluded at the Industrial Relations Commission.
