Kada ispred zgrade u kojoj živi izgori automobil državnog tužioca, plamen ne uništi samo lim i plastiku. U pravnoj teoriji i svakom uređenom poretku, to je otvoreni akt terora i direktan udar na državni suverenitet. Kada gori imovina onoga ko u ime naroda goni učinioce krivičnih dela, poruka podzemlja je kratka i jasna: "Mi smo država."
