Businesswoman Arrested for 100 Million CFA Franc Fraud Using Deceased Notary's Signature

K. Diagne, a 46-year-old businesswoman previously involved in land disputes, has been referred to the prosecutor's office by the Criminal Investigations Division for attempted fraud, forgery, and use of forged documents, involving a 100 million CFA franc scheme and the signature of a deceased notary.
