Finnish Foreign Minister States China's Russia Ties Hinder EU Trade Deal

Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen told the South China Morning Post that China's relationship with Russia is an obstacle to an EU-China trade agreement. The newspaper concluded that Finland could block the formation of such a deal.
