Montenegro Exceeds Budget for Disability Subsidies, Spending Double the Plan
Montenegro has spent 17 million euros on subsidies for Persons with Disabilities (OSI) between January and April, double the planned 8.7 million euros, with the fund expecting to exhaust its entire annual budget by mid-July.
