US Judge Allows Terror Victims' Lawsuit Against PA, PLO to Proceed

A US District Judge has ruled that a lawsuit by terror victims against the Palestinian Authority and PLO can proceed, stating that the PA's commitment to pay Palestinian prisoners for acts of terrorism may constitute assistance under the Antiterrorism Act.
