Anuo metu Jėzus bylojo minioms: „Su Dangaus Karalyste yra kaip su dirvoje paslėptu lobiu. Atradęs jį, žmogus niekam nesako; iš to džiaugsmo eina, parduoda visa, ką turi, ir perkasi tą dirvą. Vėl su Dangaus Karalyste yra kaip su pirkliu, ieškančiu gražių perlų. Atradęs vieną brangų perlą, jis eina, parduoda visa, ką turi, ir nusiperka jį“ (Mt 13, 44–46).
